Author’s Note:
It’s a real shame that such a talented actor is no longer with us. His work as King Théoden is one of his best works, as he was able to bring to life one of the most complex characters ever written by JRR Tolkien, and his iconic moment before Sauron’s forces in Gondor will always be remembered.
