Torchlight Infinite – Major update will introduce new endgame content, gear, skills, controller support and more – PIXEL.

Hoist the sails, crawl the dungeons: The new season of Torchlight: Infinite is ready to drop anchor! In Blacksail, in January 2023, players will embark on a new adventure that will take them to the edge of the universe and into the void seas.

The new season of Torchlight: Infinite will add more content to the popular action role-playing game for PC and mobile, expanding gameplay and customization possibilities for heroes with new abilities. Additionally, Hero Relics allows players to further expand and develop their in-game builds with new loot and gear slots.

The Tale of the Torn Blacksail
All the worlds ended in ashes, lost forever in the empty sea. Here, countless Amberons devour each other in a never-ending cycle as wandering souls seek to return to the world of the living. Rising from the endless darkness, the Lord of the Void Sea enslaves these spirits as they draw Blacksail to worlds not yet broken. Here’s a sneak peek of the new season of Torchlight: Infinite:

Void Sea Endgame content
In the new season of Torchlight: Infinite, hunters can get loot drops with the special Void Sea Night Flame affix by killing monsters on the Netherarium map. After defeating the final boss, an interactive device called the “Empty Sea Seal” will appear on the map. You can break this seal with any Void Sea Nightflame to unlock a random Seal Whisper based on the Nightflame’s affix. After breaking the 6 seals, hunters can go to the terminal port of the void sea to challenge the bride of the void sea and steal her treasure. He can also drop an invitation to the Void Sea – you need this to challenge the final boss of the season, Lord of the Void Sea, who will drop several unique legendary items.

New equipment slots and skills
With the start of the new season, Hunters will have access to two new Hero items: Hero Relics and Hero Memory. Each Hunter can equip a Hero Relic, which offers up to 3 slots that can be filled with collectible Hero Memory, offering powerful affixes closely tied to the Hero’s specialty. To create more diverse build possibilities, Torchlight: Infinite will also introduce 5 new core skills with the start of the new season:

PC controller support
More ways to play Flashlight: Infinite coming soon. In response to community feedback, the new update introduces support for PC controllers. This is especially good news for those who have been wanting to play with their new Steam deck for a long time.
