Studio head Ed Daly took over production of Vampire: The Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 and said it would fit “perfectly” into the team’s portfolio, which also includes Dear Esther and the upcoming film Still Wakes the Deep. “Bloodlines 2 is our most ambitious project to date. Fans of the series are eagerly waiting for this game and we are ready for the challenge.”
“We bring over 15 years of award-winning experience to the project, creating a game that honors the legacy of its predecessor and brings its gameplay into the modern age,” he added. Explaining why The Chinese Room was chosen for the project, Sean Greaney, vice president of brand for World of Darkness, said it was the studio’s passion for the source material. “Fans of the series can rest assured that Bloodlines 2 is in good hands and we have more to share with you in January.”
