A new feature for Android appeared three months ago, but Google did not roll it out as expected. If you look at the Pixel phone’s software after the latest update, you’ll still miss the smartphone’s battery health indicator.
This can be useful for smartphone users in several ways. For example, when looking for battery problems, data related to “battery health” can be a helpful lead. Or a phone for private sale, this information will be a good thing for buyers.
But contrary to expectations, the latest Pixel feature drop didn’t come with anything. And since the leak in September, no new information has been received on the matter. Google seems to have shelved the idea for now or had trouble developing it. There is no official statement.
This area has not yet appeared in the latest beta version of Android 13. So feeling bad right now.
