IGN Conducted an interview recently Whispered To promote the launch through email Top Gun: Maverick. And they asked him this:

For those who don’t know, Whispered Played the role Batman Forever inside 1995. The film did not spawn a sequel starring Kilmer. There don’t seem to be any plans to bring him back in a cameo or major role at this time.
