Our goal at Xbox is to enable the gaming community to play their favorite games, with the people they love, on the devices they already own. It’s about removing obstacles and connecting and providing more ways to play.
We have many ways to do this on Xbox, one of which is through Xbox Cloud Gaming – it makes it possible to play console games on phones, tablets, PCs and more devices across the cloud. Launched in 2020, we’ve revisited our cloud gaming experience with community feedback, adding more great content and expanding to more places. Today, I’m proud to announce that we’re going to expand to New Zealand and Argentina with the introduction of Xbox Cloud Gaming.
We’ve heard from gamers in Argentina and New Zealand that accessing Xbox cloud gaming is a priority and we’re thrilled to make it a reality. Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) will start rolling out later today so you can play soon. Hello Infinite, Forza Horizon 5And Tunic Play on iOS devices, Android phones and tablets, Windows PCs, Xbox Series X on smart TVs with our launch partner Samsung.
Now New Zealand and Argentina fans can join the party and play Fortnite With Xbox Cloud Gaming, no subscription is required. Here is what you need to do xbox.com/play, Sign in with your Xbox account and start playing. And if you’re an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate member, you can continue your game, start something completely new, or discover your next favorite title among the hundreds of cloud-playable games in the Game Pass catalog. For those of you who are going, there are over 100 games featuring touch controls, including Fortnite, so you can access them directly without the need for a controller. All available to play from the cloud across your already owned devices without the need to download or use your device storage
