Toys for Bob have been on a rollercoaster of emotions in recent years. After doing a fantastic job they did it together Crashed And Spyro the Dragon, had to work on skins for Overwatch. When everything indicated that the studio was about to close its doors, it was announced that they had become an independent studio. now, It has been revealed that they are already working on a new game, which will be published by Xbox.
Through a formal statement, Toys For Bob has revealed that they have formed a union with Xbox, who will be in charge of releasing the studio’s new projects. However, this title is still beyond our reach. Here’s what was said about it:

We’re still in the very early stages of development, so you might not hear from us for a while, but you should know that we’re working hard on an experience that inspires us greatly! “We can’t wait to share more.”

Considering that Xbox will be in charge of publishing, many have speculated that Toys for Bob will work on a new installment of Crash Bandicoot, a property that came into their hands after Activision acquired Blizzard. Others have even pointed out that the group may be responsible for the long-awaited return of Banjo-Kazooie.
There is no clear information at the moment, and it is still unknown whether this project will be exclusive to Xbox and PC, or will be available on PlayStation and Nintendo consoles. Considering that the project is only in the early stages of development, It will be some time before we see more information about this title. I hope this is a completely new project. While it would be great to see a new Crash Bandicoot or Banjo-Kazooie, Toys for Bob has the potential to give us something never seen before, without the constraints of being tied to already known properties.
