Today’s focus is squarely on Assassin’s Creed, with the announcement of a mobile-focused title, new DLC for Valhalla, the first trailer for Mirage, and even two games that are projects for the very future. For its part, there was also a brief discussion of the long-awaited production that will come to Netflix in the form of a series.
In a discussion held via ThisDirect, one of the series’ main producers commented that the show was in its early stages, noting that Ubisoft Film & Television was working together with Netflix. It will also be written by Jeb Stewart, and will be a non-animated adaptation, so it’s supposed to be live action, just like the failed movie that came years ago.
Given this, he wondered who the casting director would be, something that was unfortunately not answered.
The Assassin’s Creed series does not have a release date yet.
