CES 2024 will be here before we know it, with huge crowds, booths full of products and plenty of companies touting how artificial intelligence will enhance their offerings. As noted in our CES preview , while the conference has seen its ups and downs of late, it’s increasingly becoming an opportunity for startups to grab attention as all eyes turn to big-budget announcements from the likes of Samsung, Sony, and Nvidia.
TechCrunch will be at CES 2024 throughout the event next week, with a special focus on startups that could headline a major live stream themselves in a few years. You can follow our team’s CES coverage here on the website and through social media channels, but let’s get straight to the point, because we all know these big-name events are still important.
Beginning at 8 am PT/11 am ET on Monday, January 8th, consumers and transportation technology fans will have much to offer as several high-profile press conferences will be broadcast live to the public, as has become the norm. These events pave the way for the CES public exhibition, which opens on January 9th and runs through January 12th.
As you can see in the list below, AI will be the main dividing line that runs through almost all major events, with CES 2024 marking the event’s first iteration in a completely new AI-focused era.
