The popular in-game event “Dawn” is available again in “Destiny 2” starting today and invites players to gather around the holiday hearth, sing cosmic songs and enjoy delicious food with friends until January 2nd. During the event, all “Destiny 2” players can use to defeat enemies, collect ingredients and create cookies that they can exchange for rewards.
One of the new rewards is the legendary Arc Glaive “Albedo Wings”. In addition, Eververse offers new Dawning Armor Ornaments that will provide a stylish and cozy look for the holiday season. Parents who complete the Amateur Baker event challenge by 6:59pm on January 2nd will be able to claim the Donning Hat with removable snowball pom pom via Bungie Rewards.
The recently launched Fireteam Finder, which makes it easier for Guardians to find allies for dungeons, raids and seasonal activities, will be established as a permanent feature in Destiny 2. This feature ensures that no guardian has to fight alone and will continue to be refined by Bungie throughout the beta period.
In 2024, players can expect more updates and events in “Destiny 2.” At the end of January, new weekly quests called Raven’s Wishes will be introduced, followed by the return of Moments of Triumph, celebrating the achievements of the Lightfall year. The Guardian Games, an annual class competition, returns in March and April with two months of content updates, Destiny 2: Into the Light, preparing players for the final showdown with The Witness.Destiny 2: Die Final Form“Prepared on June 4, 2024.
The event map offers challenges that create a dawn environment and, when upgraded, unlock event tickets for rewards such as an exotic spirit, a legendary gesture, a teleport effect, and a spirit projection. Gifting cookies to allies reinforces the holiday spirit and allows players to earn new and returning rewards, including weapon focus.
