No matter how much time passes, Fallout: New Vegas It remains a favorite installment for many. Unlike the rest of the series, this game was not developed by Bethesda, but by Obsidian. Faced with constant fan demands for a sequel, The spin-off director has finally talked about the possibility of the project coming to fruition.
In a recent interview with Kinda Funny Games, director Josh Sawyer Fallout: New VegasNot only did he talk about the possibility of seeing this project in the future, But he shared a few ideas that he would hypothetically implement Fallout: New Vegas 2. This is what he commented:
“I love Fallout, I love the setting, I can see myself working on it again, but you know, we’ll see where the future takes me. […] California or the Midwest would be very interesting. Obviously, as a director I have to be passionate about it, but also for the team to be really excited about it and also to work within the larger concept of intellectual property.”
Although it seemed impossible for years, we should not forget that Bethesda and Obsidian are part of Xbox Game Studios, so a new collaboration between these two studios is more possible from now on.
