Google Photos’ magical editor is now available to significantly more Android users
Google had great news for us about Magic Editor, the free version has now started rolling out and is being offered to older Pixel smartphones (prior to Pixel 8). The first users are reporting now, the distribution is there now Probably started.
Google Photos has a comprehensive Magic Editor that no longer requires a paid subscription to Google One. Instead, there is a free version that comes with a limit on the storage of edited photos 10 per month.
These Magic Editor features will be available in Google Photos starting with Android 8 on devices with at least 4GB of storage:
- Magic Eraser
- Sharpen the image
- Heaven’s counsel
- Color only the image area
- HDR effects for photos and videos
- Portrait is blurry
- Portrait Lighting: Add light/balance lighting feature to portrait lighting tool
- Cinematic picture
- Style I is collagen-editing
- Video effects
