Google has already confirmed that one of the devices it will unveil on August 13 is the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Images of the upcoming Pixel 9 series have been leaking lately and we’ve already had a good look at the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL. And now it’s time to see the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, also in two so-called color options: Obsidian and Porcelain.
We still don’t know many details about the new foldable phone. However, a source has given some details about the Pixel 9 Pro Fold’s new “more traditional” foldable form factor, including a long, narrow cover display and an almost square foldable display. We also know that the displays will be brighter and both will offer a 120Hz refresh rate.
Like other Pixel 9 phones, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold is expected to feature Google’s new Tensor G4 processor and will be equipped with artificial intelligence in all aspects. The chipset can be paired with up to 16GB of RAM. Sources suggest a 48-megapixel main camera along with a 10.5-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 10.8-megapixel telephoto sensor and two 10-megapixel selfie cameras.
