Hawk-Woods has launched a new range B-people (B-mount) battery solution for ARRI ALEXA 35.
Hawk-woods have 3 different capacities B-people (B-mount) batteries, from flight-safe solutions to high-power versions:
All 3 batteries have a multi-directional D-tap output and a USB-C output and battery data communication between Arri devices.
A 26V battery will outperform any 14V battery (which started at the same capacity) because a 14V battery has to work harder to get a camera which leads to cell degradation. One advantage of 26V batteries is that they have a much longer lifespan than 14V batteries.
Hawk-Woods also offers 2-way and 4-way B-mount chargers.
I couldn’t find any information about the price for the new battery.
