Obscure Optics maker Light Lens Lab has shared shots and sample images of the first product for its new 50mm F1.2 ASPH ‘1966’ lens Leica M-Mount camera system.
As reported Photo rumors, The lens shown in the images is a prototype, but it is probably safe to assume that the image quality will not change much in the production version from now on – for better or worse. No detailed specification has been revealed, but looking at the pictures it is clear that the lens has a 15-blade aperture diaphragm and an aperture range of F16 to F1.2. At least some optical material seems to have been coated.
