Google is just a month and a half away from releasing the next generation Pixel. There are a few new leaks surrounding the upcoming Pixel 7 series. A review.
Once again, there isn’t a dry eye left, with the Pixel 7 series far surpassing its shadow. On the one hand, Google showed the first official graphics for the devices a few months ago. There are also some well-known insiders, various prototypes have gone into the wrong hands, and app source codes also reveal future innovations at an early stage.

UWB is again only on the Google Pixel 7 Pro
A few days ago, authorities clarified that even with the Pixel 7, only the larger Pro model will have the new UWB standard integrated. UWB is used, for example, for digital car keys.

Pixel Face Unlock is going to be a hot topic
While Face Unlock was introduced only with the Pixel 7, Pixel 6 Pro owners have been waiting for the feature for a whole year. Because the introduction is almost so long delayed. However, insiders again say that Google is still sticking with Pixel Face Unlock and is shipping it for the first time in the Pixel 7 series. I hope they are right.

The prototypes mentioned at the beginning have made their rounds and this time ended up with a major YouTuber Unbox Therapy compared the new devices, including the Pixel 6, against each other. You can see again that Google managed to make the Pixel 7 more compact. Prototypes are no longer usable.
