So far, more than 20,000 images have been submitted to the annual Bird Photographer of the Year (BPOTY) competition. Photographers from 115 countries have entered their best shots in hopes of winning a 5,000 cash prize.
The winners and finalists will also be published in the 256-page book, Competition 7Currently available for pre-order BPOTY website. The pictures will also travel the world as part of an exhibition. Partnered with BPOTY Birds on the shoreA charity that provides grants for bird conservation efforts around the world.
