Developers hijack us with Thief Simulator 2 Ultimate Game SA And CookieDev In the fascinating world of a thief who constantly works to perfect his skills. Thief Simulator 2 is the sequel to Thief Simulator and has some new features, which I will go into more detail later.
We have one for this review please the master provided, but this does not affect our honest opinion.
First step, or stealth?
The journey begins with a humble home invasion to learn basic skills. In two different districts with more than 20 accessible homes, we have the opportunity to study the habits of our residents and plan the best time for their breaks. As the game progresses, new equipment and abilities are gradually unlocked, allowing you to carry out more complex missions. The tools are evolving from simple crowbars to high-tech gadgets such as laptops that are used to bypass security systems.
The developers of Thief Simulator 2 carefully listened to the feedback of the first part and introduced an impressive number of improvements and innovations. This includes optimized driving physics of the car, which provides a more realistic driving experience, as well as fixes for logic errors that were criticized in the predecessor. These adjustments help make the gaming experience smoother and more engaging
One of the notable innovations of Thief Simulator 2 is the ability to spy on properties using drones. It opens up new approaches and strategies for well-planned operations. Equally notable is the progression system, which unlocks better skills and equipment as the campaign progresses. This gives the game a deeper progression and opens up more opportunities to develop stealth skills.
Thief Simulator 2 gameplay
The gameplay of Thief Simulator 2 is very varied and exciting. It begins with simple burglaries in residential buildings, where you observe the residents’ daily routines to determine the best time to break in. As the game progresses, the range of equipment and abilities available continues to expand. It ranges from simple crawlers to sophisticated gadgets like laptops that are used to bypass security systems.
In addition to traditional heists, three special heists are now available. These include a holiday resort with lots of loot, a heavily guarded warehouse and a central bank with a particularly sophisticated vault. Here you have the choice between quiet stealth and a confrontational approach where opponents must be eliminated. There are also over 15 story-based heist missions with individual loot objectives that offer additional challenges.
It is important to always keep an eye on avoiding the police as intense chases with police cars and helicopters require a high level of driving skills. From simple family cars to powerful sports cars, the ability to steal cars and tune them to your liking completes the gaming experience. Whether to rely on stealth or action is up to you.
Despite Thief Simulator 2’s many strengths, there are some important aspects to consider. The technical state of the game can lead to frustration at times, as you will still encounter various bugs such as NPCs that can see walls, disappearing objects or simply overwhelming AI. These technical challenges can affect the gaming experience, but are not insurmountable. Personally, I found the game’s concept and detailed execution impressive. It kept me hooked for hours and despite its flaws, it offers a unique experience to explore.
