Things keep looking up on the Google Pixel

Google manages to improve slowly. The Pixel series will set new sales figures which are very good.

Google is still not a major smartphone manufacturer in terms of volume. But you have a big name and sales figures ensure gradual growth. In some markets, only the Pixel series had positive growth, while all others managed to sell significantly less.

Over the past few years, Google has managed to sell around 37.9 million units of the Pixel since its launch in 2016. The Pixel 8 series will likely break the 40 mark soon. If you compare last year’s figures, Google sold almost 10 million units in the last 12 months.

Google is a small light, manufacturers like Apple sell 200 million units per year. And while growth in the Pixel series has been decent in recent years, it hasn’t necessarily gone through the roof. Still, Google is sticking with it, we like it.
