In addition to this, four key issues that have not been finalized are addressed again: the first of which is to stop circulating known criminals from one studio to another without repercussions. Later, a collective seat at the table is requested to have a meaningful opinion on how Ubisoft Keep going. There is also talk of cross-industry collaboration to agree on a set of ground rules and processes that studios can use. Finally there is extensive involvement of workers in non-executive positions and union representatives.
For now, it has been confirmed that 25% of the people who signed up last year are no longer working there, resulting in a very low number of women hired by a company’s standards.
