The first point is a sea map full of beaches, villas and small huts that shelter players. The control point itself is embedded in the map, allowing attackers to approach the people defending the point and preventing players from occupying the point.
Downtown is the second point and features a less open map that takes players through busy streets to a large, wide-open space with a large tower in the middle. According to the developers, its structure is somewhat inspired by Numbani, as the two maps have evidence of a similar approach in terms of verticality and narrow corridors.

The volcano is the final point and map that forces Lucio players to push their enemies straight into the fiery depths of the lava pit that lines the control point. This is definitely the most open map of the three, giving players more opportunities to fight each other from a distance. All three maps feature very different gameplay styles, with players switching things up between rounds.
Additionally, speculation is rife that this map is an introduction to Mauga, a hero many are hoping to add in Season 8. Meanwhile, Samoa will arrive on October 10 when Season 7 begins.
