Some time ago, Google announced a new security center for the Android operating system on Pixel phones. To date, however, it has not been delivered, although Android 13 has been launched much earlier. Things are picking up steam now with the latest Android 13 QPR beta.
That’s because the Google Play system update for October, which is already included here, should bring the new Security Center with it. However, there is also bad news, as we are still missing a feature that some have been waiting for for a year. Face Unlock is not yet integrated here, colleague M. Rahman reported.
I haven’t seen the new security center on me yet.
We’re starting to wonder if Pixel Face Unlock is still coming. Supposedly it should. I’m still hoping for the Pixel 7 launch and an announcement there. But new software should at least bring new information about it. Let’s see what else comes in the coming days.
