Google has improved the display of both the Pixel 7 Pro and the regular Pixel 7. Improved brightness was initially reported, which is certainly a very important factor. But other improvements, such as low-light performance, are now visibly better.
The Pixel 6 has clearly ironed out the weakness

In the Pixel 7 display test, DXOMARK was able to determine that video rendering in low light is greatly improved for the Pixel 7. The Pixel 7 is on par with the Galaxy S22 and iPhone 14, while the Pixel 6 loses out completely.
This and more points ensured fifth place Dexomark can be. Only significantly more expensive iPhones and the Pixel 7 Pro are ahead of the 649 euro phone. In its own price segment, the Pixel 7 even beats all the competition.
