KingsIsle Entertainment and gamigo invite players to get access to the new adventure land of Wallaroo on Wizard101 on a special test server. This mystical land, inspired by turn-of-the-century Australia, is the final chapter in Wizards 101’s fourth story arc and is home to animals such as koalas, kangaroos and wallabies.
In Wallaroo, players start in Hope Springs and journey into the outback in search of the legendary dreamland of “The Dreaming”. On their journey they encounter local factions and face exciting challenges. The main goal: to open the way to “dreaming” and resolve tensions among residents. But a hidden threat can turn everything into a nightmare.
KingsIsle Entertainment’s Narrative Lead Sam Johnson commented: “After a surreal odyssey into the land of the Novus, we return to a more traditional narrative with Wallaroo. It’s a quest that takes you through Australia’s fascinating wilderness, rich in character and challenge.”
Wallaru features a brand new story with familiar friends and new enemies, new areas to explore, and powerful new items and spells like Count Crocula. Additionally, the level cap has been raised from 160 to 170, and the update includes a new “Guild Museum” where players can immortalize their guild’s adventures.
